| | | | What Our Park Offers
The park offers 225 acres of park (the largest in Roseville) with numerous sports fields, picnic and grill areas, shelters, playgrounds spread throughout the park, many miles of both walking and rollerblade/biking path. Other amenities at the park include sand volleyball courts, fishing pier, amphitheater, the boardwalk, tennis courts, a bonfire ring, and impressive stretches of gardens.
Many community groups utilize the park, as well as sports leagues ranging from pee-wee t-ball, to older men's and women's softball leagues. Central Park is truly an all inclusive park, and for its strong presence in Roseville, Central Park has won national recognition as a park that stands out among others all over the country. Larger events are also hosted in our park, and more information about concerts and other events can be found at the Park & Rec Website (link on the homepage). Central Park is a destination for many families, from Roseville and other communities. Central Park is truly a remarkable place because of community efforts. Those efforts continue to pay off today.
A note on our responsibility towards the park.
The Roseville Park and Recreation department is responsible for park cleanliness and general maintenance. If you see a maintenance problem at the park, please contact a Park and Recreation representative at Roseville City Hall.
What's New At Central Park
RCPF provided funds to design and build a new four-season restroom and changing facility near the Muriel Sahlin Arboretum (across the street from the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center). The facility was completed in the spring of 2010, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly constructed facility took place in June of this year. To see photos showing the construction of the new restroom facility and the ribbon cutting, click on the photos tab above.
